Jesse Ashfield

(Eng) Jesse De Belder started his musical career with the indie band “Green Autumn”.
He soon realized that composing and performing music would be a major part of his life.
With trail and error, he learned to play the piano, the guitar and the bass guitar.

His first full album was called “Landmarks”.
This was basically a compilation of his best songs as a solo artist, over the last years.
All these songs have been written, performed and recorded by Jesse himself.
The songs are often politically and socially inspired, e.g. “Landmarks, Silent Inversion, Jurashell, Coltan,...”

For the moment Jesse is working on a new cd, trying to find new sounds in a more experimental manner.
And thanks to his new group members, Wouter, Jonas and Senne he is able to perfect this new sound.

(Ned) Jesse De Belder begon zijn muzikale carrière bij de indie band Green Autumn als zanger.
En al snel was het voor hem duidelijk dat muziek maken zijn grote passie was.
Hij begon zelf steeds meer nummers te componeren, eerst op piano, later leerde hij de gitaar en bas gitaar te bespelen.

Zijn eerste eigen uitgebrachte cd "Landmarks" is een compilatie van zijn beste nummers van de afgelopen jaren als solo artiest.
De nummers zijn vaak politiek en sociaal geïnspireerd, zoals Landmarks, Silent Inversion, Jurashell, Coltan, ...

We zijn nu volop bezig met nummers voor een nieuwe cd en met behulp van mijn band members Wouter, Senne and Jonas kunnen wij deze nieuwe sound perfectioneren.
